Becoming a member -- How to join Redeemer
- Baptism – If you have never received the Sacrament of Baptism speak to Fr. Wiley about receiving Holy Baptism. We will administer the Sacrament during a public worship service. Following Baptism, you will be presented to the Bishop for Reaffirmation of Baptism Vows and the Laying on of Hands. Then you will be enrolled as a member. Your children may also be Baptized.
- Confirmation – If you are Baptized but have never been Confirmed talk with Fr. Wiley about being Confirmed in The Episcopal Church. After enrollment and preparation classes, you will be presented to the Bishop for Confirmation with the Laying on of Hands.
- Transfer from another Episcopal Church – If you are a member of another Episcopal Church speak with Fr. Wiley about transferring your membership to Redeemer. He will provide you a membership enrollment form to complete and return to the Church Office. Then we will obtain a letter of transfer from your former parish.
- Reception from another Christian Church – If you have received the Sacrament of Baptism in another Church, talk with Fr. Wiley. Following enrollment, you will be presented to the Bishop for reception into The Episcopal Church with the Laying on of Hands.
